DM Fund uses this portal to provide authorized users with fund, investment, ledger, relationship, and document information. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the portal or the private DM Fund assistant.

Information we handle

The portal may contain account and contact details, investment and ledger records, capital activity, member statements, and document metadata. We handle this information only to operate the portal, provide requested information, maintain records, and protect the service.

DM Fund assistant

When an authorized user asks the private DM Fund assistant a question, the assistant sends only the information needed to retrieve a read-only answer from the portal. The assistant cannot change portal records. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in a prompt.

Security and access

Access is limited to authorized users and protected using authentication, permission controls, and service credentials. No security method is perfect, so users should safeguard their account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Sharing and retention
